Terms and Conditions of Use for The Platinum Card (Terms of use)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms of use") govern your use of The Platinum Card ("we," "our," or "us"), a discount card service available for free to local postcode holders or for a £10 annual fee for non-postcode clients. By signing up for and using The Platinum Card, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

  • Local Postcode Holders: Eligible for a free The Platinum Card upon verification of local postcode.

  • Non-Postcode Clients: Eligible for a The Platinum Card upon payment of a £10 one off fee.

 

2. Registration and Account Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

3. Use of YourPlatinumCard

  • YourPlatinumCard is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder.

  • The card entitles the holder to discounts and offers at participating businesses, including The Turfcutters Arms and The Silver Hind, if you have opted in.

  • Misuse of the card, including but not limited to unauthorized reproduction or resale, is prohibited and may result in the termination of your card.

 

4. Opt-In for Partner Promotions

  • You may choose to opt-in to receive promotions and offers from The Turfcutters Arms and The Silver Hind.

  • By opting in, you consent to us sharing your information with these partners for promotional purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

5. Privacy

  • Your use of YourPlatinumCard is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and share your information.

  • By using the card, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

6. Fees and Payments

  • Local postcode holders receive the card for free.

  • Non-postcode clients must pay a £10 one off fee to receive the card.

  • All fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Termination and Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and card if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

  • Your continued use of YourPlatinumCard after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
